During this one-week, evening course in Steubenville, OH, students will learn the basics of electricity in their homes. We’ll present both the math and theory behind how your home should be wired and the hands-on experience of swapping out an outlet or replacing a fixture. Homeowners will also learn the dangers of DIY and when not to do it yourself.
Classes will be held each night from 7pm to 9pm.

Alternating Current vs Direct Current. Ohm's Law. What is Voltage, Current, Wattage, Resistance, and how are they related? Wire and Circuit Sizing. Installing outlets, switches, lights, boxes, and wire. Adding to an existing system. Troubleshooting.
Because slots are limited, any cancellations more than 48 hours after registering will only be eligible for a 50% refund.
This class has a minimum enrollment. If we do not get enough registrations by the Monday two weeks prior to the beginning of the class, we reserve the right to cancel the class. If the class is cancelled we will fully refund all registrants.
